Name Server Connection Refused

Hi,

We've been experiencing issues with traffic to our domains and our alert monitoring systems have been reporting downtime. Some of our test results comes up connection refused. NS12 name server (45.77.82.193) shows connection refused error when looking at the DNSSEC Authentication Chain . Can you please take a look and see why it is refusing connections?

Hello Mel. Please log in to your ZoneEdit account and click the GET SUPPORT link near the top right corner. The previous messages were not sent using the GET SUPPORT link, and they do not include any digs for the domain name this is regarding. Thanks.
