3 free zones

Hi There,
I have been signed up for a while however just transferring a couple of zones across. I completed the survey quite a while ago, but don't seem to have access to the 3 free zones?

How can I have this updated? Happy to do the survey again if required.

I have the same problem. I didn't receive the survey email and therefore my credits did not appear.

I wiil so glade to participate to the survey and take the credits =)

I also reactivated my account but can only see 1 free account.

Is it possible to get my old 5 (or was it 5..) zones back.

hi again sorry, I do not see that user was ever a legacy user ID. If you complete the survey you received in your Welcome email you can then have three free zones.

I filled in my personal details. Is that what you mean?
Or do you have a link?

that is strange.. I have set the account to gave three free dns slots all the same :)
