why if i have a legacy account from zoneedit 2-7-2004 18 years. Why do i have a bill?

the only invoice I see is for a registrar transfer for

mrsandman.net ​

dated 11-Jan-2021 that ws never paid.. that said I don't see

mrsandman.net using any zoneedit service at present. Not registration, DNS Email or web hosting.​
