[Urgent] My domain is on hold.

Hi,

One of our companies domain (humax-digital.co.uk) is now on hold. Customers email isn't delivered to us. Can you please urgently check and let me know the reason for this?

I managed to change this status as active by purchasing some credits. However I still get same issue as attached. Can you advise me which MX record value I need to insert?

the zone file is resolving fine for me at present. How is it on your side now?

hi again i did not do a thing, You did when you added credits to the acocunt and i would suggest a propagation issue may have caused a delay in the zone files propagation.
