We are still having issues in receiving and sending e-mails from certain IPs.
Therefore, can you kindly update our spf txt file to include some additional smtp servers? Currently, we have only gmail.
The new txt file is as follows:

v=spf1 ip4:192.89.123.25 ip4:195.140.195.192/28 ip4:185.185.170.32/27include:_spf.google.com ~all

Thank you in advance,
Johanna Seppalainen

Hello,
We would need to authenticate this request - please login to your ZE account and select Easy-does.it from the top right- to send the request.

I am logged into Zone Edit, and writing this message from being logged in.
I tried following the directions in your (zeadmin) post, but couldn't find better than this approach. If still not correct, I think I need more help as I this is what I figured with the current acvice.

Thank you for the clarification. Yes, I do not have a paid account. Prior, I have gotten help via a posting like this. Thus, I was hoping to get help again. It is not a rush, can wait a few days.

Thanks Sandy, I did get it.
Last year, I was making the change myself, and it didn't stick. Hence, you made it for me, and then it started working. I can certainly try now, and see if my change will stick.

Sandy, thanks for being so kind. After looking around in my settings, I found similar looking spf txt file under DNS Settings, and in the middle one of the three TXT files. I changed that one. I hope it was it!
