Email forward with attachments

I have noticed that a few emails sent to the email account forwards that I configured for my zoneedit dns setup do not come through if they contain attachments. Emails without attachments come through fine. The domain is registered with netfirms but the dns is setup through ZoneEdit . Is there a way to rectify this?

hi there,, generally if the message size is 25mb or more including message headers it will not pass through.

what is one of the email addresses of concern?

lesley@elchuck.com in the lelchuck2 account. It is the one run by a family member.

We do not see any failures based on size. Could you try again and let me know the time stamp it was sent... and the address its being sent from..

Sorry for the delay but I was waiting until we had a known occurrence of an email with an attachment going through. It would have been sent to lesley@elchick.com from lesleyfelchuck@gmail.com at 7:38 pm Atlantic daylight time ( 6:38 EDT). The email contained a photo.

hi again hmmm do messages sent to lesley@elchick.com from lesleyfelchuck@gmail.com normaly get through when they do not have an attachment?
