Unable to reqeust EPP Code

I have multiple domains - one of my clients has requested I move the domain hosting to their new service provider, but I am unable to do so. The ONLY option I am provided with is signing up for a paid account.

Please advise as to next steps.
1) need epps Code
2) need transfer for domain.

ok for chris-harrington.com zoneedit is the DNS provider only the registrar is Registrar URL: https://www.registrar.eu so you would need to contact them for auth code and any registrar transfer assistance,.

There seems to be no contact info for them aside from "abuse@registrar.eu". I have no idea how I ended up with them as registrar.
