Show url instead of ip in address bar

i dont know if i am at the right place i am running a server based on wamp on a static ip and i have a domain what i need is that my domain shows in address bar instead of the ip : port please advise what i should do and if you provide such a solution

Have you tried stealth URL forwarding pointing domain.com to 1.2.3.4ortnumber ?
