How do I see my MX messages

Before the buy-out of zoneedit I had set up forwarding from my domain to my actual email provider. (I am pleased I can still login). When I look at my mx-records all I see is the @ LOCAL record. I don't see the specific MX's I set up before? They are still working as our emails are being received. How do I see these? Is there a risk of loosing them if I re-enter seveal MX messages but forget one or more of the old ones? I will soon be needing to change these as I will be changing email providers.

Leave in the LOCAL, it means you are using zoneedit email forwarders. If you did a DNS lookup for the MX of your domain you will see mx-caprica.zoneedit.com

Yes, I will leave the @ .highmeadowdesigns.com LOCAL, but where are my other (and still active) MX messages like: "bob_elllis @highmeadowdesigns.com bob@nednet.net". Shouldn't they show so that when I change mail providers I can change them to:
"bob_ellis @highmeadowdesigns.com newName@newServer.com ? Thanks for the help.
