Hi Sir,

I would like to transfer 1 of my domain name (xyz.com) from other registrar to Zoneedit, and the domain name will be renew for the next 3 years.
May I know what is the charges of this whole process ?

hi again.., is the domain a .com and did you want to transfer AND renew for three years ? or that it does not expire for another three years?

Hi, I have paid and done for the domain name transfer TO zoneedit, unfortunately , your system not allow me to renew it and it's under UNKNOWN status. I had raised up my issue to Support, unfortunately till now , no response from your site ! appreciate if you could attend my case. TQ.

the transfer has not yet completed, please check for the confirmation email at gogainchin@yahoo.com... once zoneedit is the registrar you will be able to renew.

.COM transfers take up to 5 days to complete without further action.


Owner Confirmation Date 12:45 am May 19, 2023


The transfer will auto-complete after five days from the above date. However, your current registrar should send you notice of the transfer and may provide instructions on how to confirm. If you confirm from their end, the transfer will be expedited.

Hi Sir, Noted and Thanks for the clarification. Just wondering I'm renewing it for 5 years and paid for 90USD. I tot the last renewal year will be on 2028, why it's show 2029 ?

A recent registrar transfer for this domain would have added one more year to the registration. It looks like that transfer was done in a different Zoneedit account, and then the domain was moved into the current account where you're managing it.
