Whois Validation / Privacy for Domain

I have been trying to view my domains Whois information to ensure that I have Domain Privacy enabled and I keep seeing the message below. This has been going on for sometime now so suspect there may be some issue.

This can happen if it took us more than one attempt to transfer the domain in. IM me your domain name and I'll have a look. You should also be able to open a support ticket because you are a paid user.
