My ddns has not worked for some time. Today is the first time I logged in since the change over. It says I have no domains associated with my account and I have no credits. I should have 120 credits as per the email I sent earlier today. All I got was an automated reply from zoneedit saying that I had to use the forum since I had no credits. The domain name is recphd.net which shows zoneedit as the dns when you do a whois on the domain.

Hi there

can you please let me know the ticket ID for the zonedit support email and I can check for you. In addition. the domain is not working as it is on ClientHold at the current registrar. This would need to be taken care of before the domain will resolve again:

All I got was an automated reply to my inquiry on my account saying I had to pay for support. As I have already paid I am reluctant to spend more money to find out what happened to my money. Do I need to contact DOMAIN.COM or icann.org to find out why there is a clienthold on the domain? This does not make sense as I purchased the domain through zoneedit.com
No ticket ID was on the automated response that I received from my first email.

Domain.com for the client hold.... if you purchased the domain through zoneedit then you did so before easyDNS purchased and began administration the zoneedit accounts in Oct, 2014

what is your zonedit user ID and how many domain did you have in the account?

2012... most likely they were rescinded by the legacy zoneedit interface. Their policy was to allow unused credits to sit in an account for 18 months and if they were still not used then they would be removed from the account.
This would explain the lack of credits ported to the account when we ported the legacy zoneedit accounts to the new interface in Oct,, 2014
