Urgent Help Required

Hi,
We have a root and subdomain DNS being managed by zoneedit.
Today I have logged into zoneedit, and cannot see the subdomain at all. However, DNS is still working for this domain but I cannot manage it.
This is urgent and I cannot find any way to get support other than these forums.
Is it possible to get support on the phone?

Hi Sandy,
The domains are briggsequipment.net, which still exists.
We had uk.briggsequipment.net listed seperately in Zoneedit, and about 20 A Records against this domain, and I cannot see it anymore.
However, if I lookup the A records online, they exist in zoneedit.
Example: remoteapp.uk.briggsequipment.net

Please check your account now. I was able to re-import that sub domain as a separate zone but you mat need to modify the zone file.

Thanks so much for your help, the sub domain is back.
Could you advise how this happened?
Also, what amendments might I need to do to the zone file, as you mentioned above?

most likely an error in the zone file or in the domains data base provided to us by the legacy zoneedit admins.

as for amendments... click the DNS settings links for the sub domain and make sure the zone file is how you want it to be.
