Unable to reset my Zoneedit account password

I'm unable to receive the password reset mail from the Zoneedit host edi3.zoneedit.com:

My SMTP Gateway says:
[15/Apr/2015 19:26:39] Message from IP address 64.68.198.156, sender <www-data@edi3.zoneedit.com> rejected: sender domain does not exist

That seems to be the case. The host edi3.zoneedit.com is not to be found in public DNS. That means that you have many SMTP-Gateways that will reject it. I have seen mail from edi3.easydns.com and that works fine as well as all other mail from Zoneedit/EasyDNS.

I would like to Access my account ASAP. Anyone here that can help?

Just a heads up. edi3.zoneedit.com is now available in public DNS and the reset password function works fine with SMTP-servers that check for a valid DNS record on connecting hosts.
