Unable to modify domain

Hello
I am unable to add, delete or change anything on my domain.
The domain is rugel.com.ar.

I was trying to modify DDNS -> CNAME records.
Then, in tool, a was able to paste a BIND style zone whitout DDNS.

I need to add AAAA records too (that is the main reason of all my changes).

How can I get this fixed?
