The https://cp.zoneedit.com/support/reset_password.php page explicitly tells me to e-mail support, but then the support e-mail bounces and tells me to go here.
I'm having problems with the directions published at that page as I've lost access to the e-mail address associated, and the follow up directions do not work.
I do not want to go into more detail in an open forum, so would like to speak with someone I can identify the blockers and how to work through it.
