Txt record edits are not persisting

When I attempt to add a new record, delete, or modify an existing TXT record for my domain, the edits are not saved after confirming the changes. When inspect the entries in the control panel, I observe the original pre-edited records.

it could be a malformed record you are adding, what is the domain name and the txt record you want to add?

Thanks Sandy. I'm actually trying to modify an existing record with new data for a letsencrypt domain validation. I only attempted to add a new record as a test. The record I'm interested in modifying is "_acme-challenge.spanglefish.net". I cannot delete the existing record either.

Looks like the problem if more serious.
I am trying to do exactly the same thing ( modifying is "_acme-challenge.???????.co.uk"). I have 3 entries required for Letsencrypt validation
Tried 4 or 5 times, thought it might require a TTL so added one in. Still no update

Still no luck

This has now been corrected.

Confirmed. I have made the updates I needed. All working now for me
