Trouble with friend's DNS

Mark, or whoever is out there. i have a friend on legacy free dns, at some point in the last 24 hours something has malfunctioned with his hosted DNS, including his company email, which is why i am posting here for him. Everything looks correct when i log in to his account, but if i try doing an external DNS query using nslookup i get nothing, no MX records, no host records, basically a non-existent domain. Can someone look into this, i know there has been some system migration, i think his may have fallen through the cracks.

The domain is icsnv.net

Thank you for any help or guidance on this matter!

Hi there

The DNS appears to be fine for the domain name. I would suggest at you check on the web server config.

dig @dns1.zoneedit.com a icsnv.net

; <<>> DiG 9.6-ESV-R4-P3 <<>> @dns1.zoneedit.com a icsnv.net
