i have a domain in ZoneEdit (osornosalud.cl), the zoneedit DNSs are registered on the domain provider, but i need web and mail managed by another hosting (which is actually done), but a subdomain (intranet.osornosalud.cl) must point to dynamic IP, it is configured but not working (that was working before); the message is:

The domain you are attempting to access uses URL forwarding provided by easyDNS
An error has occurred and we cannot URL forward this request. This may be a temporary error. Please try again later.
and in DYN records i get:
HOST TTL CURRENT IP ADDRESS
intranet.osornosalud.cl 3600 sec offline
all is configured on DDNS section in client router
i need some suggestions
