Paid account support email stating to go to form for help...

Hello your system is a bit borked, we have paid account and that is why I contacted ZoneEdit..
but I got an email stating free clients must use the form and we have credits and services that are NOT free, what gives lately? Seriously getting annoyed with the run arounds and being over charged a credit one month, billed twice for the same bloody service, come on folks, get things working right!

Hi Ryan, when you click on the "Get Support" link in the control panel you should see the form which submits a ticket into the premium queue. If you are emailing tickets to support [at] zoneedit.com, that will get a message about the free queue, I will PM you the premium support email address.

Also, I'll take a look at your billing history and fix any double ups.

Just a note - I submitted via the 'get support' form while logged in as a paying customer (since before the migration), and also got the email "We have moved to a community support approach for all free users of the
system."

So, I'd say that there is a valid issue there.

Hopefully my ticket got submitted to the queue, and not lost into the ether??

I received a response to my support request, so the ticket was evidently submitted despite the erroneous email.
educe.nz is one of my domains.
