ns16 not updating with new IP

I currently use ns16 and ns18 for my name servers. I performed a dynamic DNS update via the web. ns18 has the correct IP number. ns16, however does not. It has an ip number from some time ago. It appears as though ns16 is simply not updating. It is causing the main DNS servers to have the incorrect IP number for my domain name at random times.
