New mail forwards not working

I have added new email forward and 'catch-all' email forward but neither one is working. I have sent multiple test emails over the past few days. I haven't received any bounces or errors. My older forwards still work. Please help. Thanks.

Helllo,

When you were testing were you sending from the same gmail address that the mail map is forwarding to? If so, gmail just deletes that email as it considers that a loop.

I sent a few test emails and see from the logs that they were received.

Yes, I sent from same gmail account but also from an outside account. I did receive your emails. Thank you.

I have also stopped receiving email also at ~6:00pm UTC 19th May. I received a relay denied when testing with MXToolbox.

We would need more specific information. What is the domain name?
