Mail not forwarded since last friday

Hello Support,

It looks like the mail forwarding for my domains is not working since last friday (16-03-2018)
It was working fine for the last 10 years, so...
Can you please look into this as soon as possible?

I can confirm that the email-forwarding is working properly again.
Can you share with us what the cause was?

not without knowing what your domain name was... but if it forwarded to yahoo. i believe they had us throttled for a short spell.

Hi Sandy,
my mails forwards seem to be (partly) stuck. I tried resubmitting the forwards, but it did not help.
I did not even get the "confirmation e-mail" from this forum.
This has started a couple of days ago.
How to proceeed?

Update:
Forwarded mails do not arrive in the T-Online box, nor does the sender receive any bounce. Thus they are lost.
Forwarding to a different mail hoster works fine.

Deutsche Telekom expects a configuration error and wants direct contact to admins, refusing any further details to me.
