Is dynamic.zoneedit.com down?

I can't seem to make a connection using either of my two computers, trying to connect on port 80 or port 443.
Tried telnet and Chrome. Tried it on my cell phone browser as well; just times out.

It hasn't worked since 9/10.

ddclient reports:
WARNING: cannot connect to dynamic.zoneedit.com:80 socket: IO::Socket::INET: connect: 10060

I don't see where there's any announcement or anything... I'm surprised nobody else seems to be reporting this.

Can you try a traceroute to dynamic.zoneedit.com and post the results, with personal (IP) addresses removed?

Weirdly, it seems to be working now; did anything change?

If not, I wonder if the exact time of day/day of week when ddclient is connecting happens to be right when your system does maintenance or something?
