"Error Processing Request" URL forwarding bug is back

Hi, I'm having the same issue that qiqihar and others were discussing in the Jan. 10, 2019 thread.
The domain I first had issues with is guys.mdpc.org.
I've tried other aliases and also (just as a test) tried using an http address instead of https, but no go.
Help, please?

is guys. a new zone file record? there is an error in the zone that is precentong the zone from loading properly there is an SRF record wit the target of
email.mdpc.org.
and as suc
email.mdpc.org.
must be an A Host record for it to be legal,, right now
email.mdpc.org.
is a Cname,. can you please fix that and let me know when complete

Sandy, thanks for your reply. IT is saying to leave those setting as they are - which I understand, since it's how they've always been.

Can you see if there's something else causing a hiccup? I also tried updating an already-established redirect, but it's stuck going to the old webpage.
