Email forwarding problem since about march 29th 2018

I've got a problem with forwarding my email since about march 29th 2018 (without having changed any settings here or with my domain registrar). It seems that mailfwd1.zoneedit.com as well as mailfwd2.zoneedit.com is not responding somehow.
My emails get returned after some time. What can I do to solve this ?

Were you able to see the test message I sent you?

Oddly enough, I'm not seeing anything in the logs regarding that message, or anything to you ekomen.nl address. I will see if I can find anything in the logs which would point me at the issue.

No sorry, I did not receive an email. It is a mystery to me what's going wrong. It has functioned correctly for years.
