domain transfer problem

I tried transferring one of my domains to ZoneEdit and I subsequently received an error message that it failed, and to select a link for more information, only to receive a message the following message:

Failed Transfers
The status of the transfer for aiid.com does not allow for resubmission.

Then when I responded to support@ I got a message that we're all on the forums now. So here I am.

Please advise.

Hi Graham.
As a paid subscriber you can use the get Support link on your zoneedit members page
The transfer has been confirmed and is now waiting for registry approval which should arrive
within the next 5 - 7 days as is standard.
