DNS Settings OK in ZoneEdit But nobody can find us

Hi Zoneedit,
Have had a domain registered with you for approx 8 years with no problems but this morning (UK) get calls from users saying that people are unable to send emails into this domain. Upon checking via MXToolbox, there are NO records found for this domain yet when I login to the ZoneEdit control panel everything is there, what is going on please ?

Hi again, I think I know what the problem is so no more action required - the owner didn't renew their domain !!!!
