I noticed something strange today.. my IP address of my domain seemed to have changed during the course of the day, i.e. the IP address returned from the ns*.zoneedit.com servers are nolonger the same as the ip on my server.
What particularly interesting is the IP address at the location via ADSL has remained the same all day and I actually used the urn/dns entry to connect to it in the morning and even just 3 hrs ago. Now 12 hrs later (from the morning) it appears to have changed on the ns server responses however the actual ip has not changed.
I have checked/done a "dig -t a domain-urn" and see a complete different IP however, when i log into the web console it shows the IP is set the same as the one i see via my ISP and the one i see ddclient on an ubuntu server correctly spots.. so im very very confused where this new ip comes from.
