If I setup dynamic DNS for multiple subdomains of a single domain, does each subdomain consume 1 credit? Or only a single credit for the base domain?

not at present but the more you add the more likely that two or more updates come in at the same time.. when that happens some DDNS
host may not get updated properly.... will the ddns host records all resolve to the same IP?

They'll all be different. I'm looking to move 20+ domains. Is that enough you'd consider it to be a reliability problem?

20+ subdomains on one primary domain. Sorry, I was ambiguous.

if you can set the ddns clients to look for updates at least 10 minutes apart that would be helpful but it is not undo-able
for that many ddns hosts.
