Can't reset password, also can't receive real support without logging in?

Primary issue:

- Clicked "forgot password"
- Received email, clicked link in email
- Received temporary password, clicked "next" on web page
- Entered username and temporary password
- Received message saying "invalid username / password combination".

Tried three times. Now what?

Secondary issue: After emailing the above to support@, received email stating:

system.

logged into your control panel.

I am a paid user. But since my issue is a login issue, I can't do that. Mildly frustrating.
