I would like to cancel the MX Backup Service, but I can't find any option to do this. Even though I'm a paying customer, since I have a free legacy domain, I was directed here.
please login to your account at cp.zoneedit.com and click the Get Support ink on the left side bar. From there you can send an authenticated cancellation request.
