alternative email adress for password recovery

Hi,

My provider changed my static ip-adres. So now i have to login to my account and change this. But i've lost my password so i can't get access to my account. The lost password link can provide me a reset for my password, but since this is sent to the mailadres i can't receive any mail on (because of the ip-adress change by my provider) i have a bit of a problem. Where can i change te mailadress to send the reset password link to? I hope anyone an help me out here.

I have the same issue but #2 is not helpful:
Go to the domain registrar for your domain name and add verify.zoneedit.com to your nameserver delegation.
where is the "go to the domain registar"
You have to tell the exact words I see on your page.
My domain is itre.se

Your registrar is the company or organization through which you mange the registration of your domain name. If you're not sure, what is the domain name of concern?
