Unable to recover account for our domain

Hello! We have a domain registered with Zoneedit, gaalliance.org, which does not show up in the one account that we know of, gaalliance is the username. The ex-IT manager for the company refuses to help with any of our requests, and so we need to figure out how to recover the correct account that gaalliance.org is associated with. Can you tell me how I might begin that process?
