DNS not updating - adding CNAME fail?

I have been editing a CNAME record all day and no matter the number of times I edited it and confirm it the record is not updating outside of Zoneedit. I see others with similar post but yes I have gone into the "Streamlined" panel and I have "Confirmed" over and over and four hours later, nobody is showing a CNAME for my domain.

Hello. Please reply with either the domain name or your ZoneEdit user name.

Hello. The Cname you have set up resolves to the host name you have specified when queried on public name servers. If you don't see this, please reply with the lookup you are doing in its entirety.

I am using any number of online DNS lookup tools such as mxtoolbox.com and they show no CNAME. The networks I have access to also show no CNAME.

Hello. Please paste the exact lookup you are seeing showing no Cname.
