Upgrading from legacy free to premium

Hi,

Legacy user here using ns8 + ns16 with a single domain for many years. Considering an upgrade to 1 credit/month (12 credit pack) for the improved support and 3 x nameservers. Needs are pretty basic - the free tier has served me well for many years.

How does the upgrade process work? I understand step 1 would be to purchase the credits.

hi there. Our staff must assist moving from free to paid. What is the domain name of concern?

all set... credits must be added before Feb 02 2022... you can now set the NS records inside the zone to be:
dns1.zoneedit.com
dns2.zoneedit.com
dns3.zoneedit.com

and set those nameservers at the registrar as well.

Hi Sandy, Appreciate the enthusiasm here but I am not ready to make changes right now...was just looking to understand the process.

Can we keep this set to the free tier for now please and I will circle back later next month.
