Free DNS domain is inactive and wants credits

hi I have a Legacy account , I have three zone left to add and there is no link to add it at the bottom right
What I can do about it

Sorry to "thread jack" but since...(no 'get help' forum...this thread was most visible...etc...maybe this should be sticky)...

My free account's domain (magicbluesmoke.org) has become "inactive" and is kindly asking me to buy credits to re-activate it. I don't know what's going on here, and possibly in general, and I would very much like to activate it again like back in the old days. It's giving me a very cordial message, but I don't think it's proper gentlemanly behavior to not let me activate my free domain. Can someone talk to this person asking me for the credits for my free domain and have him let me know that I'm on the guest list? I don't think I can get past him, he looks much bigger than me and has brass knuckles.

I would appreciate it quite nicely. Thank you very much.

hi there

hmmm.. I have manually activated the account and kept it as a free dns zone.
You can now delegate:
ns13.zoneedit.com
ns9.zoneedit.com

at the registrar

I am sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi I add it and it gives me the dns servers but when I go back after a few hours the domain is not there.
I have done this 3 times now
domain is
socialmark.co.za

the domain is not yet a registered domain name... I have marked it as active for now but you will need to find a .co.za registrar to register the domain name
