BT router DDNS

Hi, im trying to setup ddns on my bt router as it supports zone edit. I believe I've entered the details correctly but im getting errors. Im using auth key as the password and my username as the username. Thanks

that is using a .site domain name and there is no .site domain name on your zoneedit account.
