Reset password email does not work

Hi, I replied to the email sent to reset my password. I think there is something wrong with my account, because every password sent to me is not accepted. Can you please check the mail I replied to support?

I have this very same issue as well. User id is sltd32.

This is really frustrating, something this fudamental shouldn't be breaking....
