Redirect just works without "www"

Hey there, i have a question. We made a total new Homepage for our theater Group. Including an new domain. now i put in redirect form the old homepage to the new one
It workes all fine, but just if you type the domain without "www"

if you type in the domain theater-niundco.ch you will be redirected to the new page, if you type it with the "www" in the beginging you will land on the old homepage.

What did i do wrong?

you have the www version pointing to a different URL then the root domain without the www. the URL target address is different from the Stealth URL target address
