Need Help adding TXT record to domain for office 365 verification

I'm trying to verify my domain hampdenmaine.gov on office 365 in order to get the government pricing. They need me to add a txt or mx record to the DNS record through the DNS hosting provider (you). I do not know how to do this - I set up an account on zoneedit and tried to add my domain but do not see the option where I can do anything with it. Thank you for your help.

Thank for the quick reply Sandy. I do not see those options in my account under domains. I attached an image of what my screen looks like.

from the screen shot you are not logged into the proper zoneedit account that holds the domain name.

do you know who in your organization set up the account and has the access credentials?

To my knowledge, it has never been set up. If it was, it would have been done at least five years ago preceding my time with the organization.
