Nameserver Not Working

My domain registrar is dns.lu, when I try updating the nameserver, I got the following error.

Results
WARN [UDP] Query failed for nameserver 'dns2.zoneedit.com' at address '2607:f358:1:ffc0:0:0:0:11' (Refused)
ERR [UDP] Query failed for nameserver 'dns2.zoneedit.com' at address '166.88.18.58' (Refused)
WARN [UDP] Query failed for nameserver 'dns1.zoneedit.com' at address '2a00:1ca8:2c:0:0:0:1:1686' (Refused)
ERR [UDP] Query failed for nameserver 'dns1.zoneedit.com' at address '31.220.0.12' (Refused)

What could be the issue?

My problem is very similar to the one in here

http: // forum . zoneedit . com / index . php ? threads / nameserver - refused . 5930 /

(Please remove all the spaces from the above URL, I added the space since the forum did not allow me to paste the URL.

I do not see gethelp.lu in a zoneedit account at present.. It may have been auto deleted due to whois server errors.
Please add it back to your account and let me know when complete.
