Link for free domain DNS not available

I have been a user of Zoneedit for over 15 years. I have always used the free domains since it is for personal use. I currently have two domains active on Zoneedit and trying to add a third since both those domains will go away soon. The link everyone talks about that says you have X amount of free let doesn't show up for me.
