legacy user, but domain credits don't show

How to I get access to add another zone/domain? I have had a membership since at least 2011 (can't remember exact date).

mrav.us is the domain.

also, an oddity is that I've updated my address in the profile section, but my old address is still showing. However, if I click "edit" again, it shows my current address. It doesn't impact me too much, but it's a heads up.

i see the invoices in the account but they are listed as unpaid.. lets move this one ... Please contact us at access @ zoneedit.com and we can look at how they were paid
and request a copy of the accounts security answers...

and simply ignore the auto response you will receive
