We are an IT Support service for a ZONEDIT client in Las Vegas. No one our client organization has to clue to their ZONEEDIT login credentials.
We are converting them from Outlook 2007 to Office 365. We have the need to add a CNAME for Office 365 Auto Discovery.
On the DNS Manager page for the domain, go to Action > CNAME (CNAME).
To find this page for your domain, see Find your DNS records in Windows-based DNS.
In the New Resource Record dialog box, make sure that the fields are set to precisely the following values:
Host Name: autodiscover
Type: CNAME
Address: autodiscover.outlook.com
Choose OK.
Help, can't call anyone, client hasn't a clue. How can I get this cname addition completed?
