Email stopped around 11AM today

Hi team,
Cannot resolve any dns names for our domain, armstrongconst.com.au
I can see them all correct in the console and ns7 and ns14 are assigned as the name servers, but when I lookup the dns entries I get no records found.
The domain is still registered and active.
I can ping both names servers?
