password reset not working

I tried several times to reset my password. I use the link provided in the email but the password does not let me log in. Please help.

I am having the same issue, but when I emailed support I get a notice saying it's only for paid users.

It looks like this has been an issue for at least 9 months now going by forum posts here, which is a concern for such a vital and basic account management task...

Same problem here, I'd like to reset my password but email to do that is not sent so I'm stuck out of my account.
Contacting support failed as mentioned above from drmatt

Could you please help me figure out how to proceed ?
