dynamic ip not updated

when updating www.chhy1.com, priv.chhy1.com and chhy1.com the new ip of chhy.com ist consequently not updated. it only works if a rehash is done via web-interface. The web interface shows the correct ip of chhy1.com, but it seems that this entry is not promoted.

hi Chris.

on the dyn records can you please change the TTL on each to be no less then 600 seconds.. if this happens again if you could try to get a hold of us before making any manual changes that would be beter for us to diagnose the problem... if you can of course...

thank you for support.
changed the TTL to 600.
same situation after reconnect. all domains have new ip, chhy1.com not.
web interface shows a correct ip entry for chhy1.com as well as the other subdomains.
did not make any changes via web interface

Hi Chris.

the TTLs are back at 0 seconds so there could be something in your DNS client that is sending that TTL along with the dynamic updates.
Can you try this,... only update the root domain chhy1.com and enable wildcard updates on your DDNS client wild card as *.chhy1.com
