Email forwarding slow

Throughout the day, emails forwarding through zoneedit has been taking over one hour to arrive. In my case, I have a forwarder to a gmail account, sending direct to gmail is instantaneous, but by the forwarder takes a long time. Any services issues?

I have my zoneedit mail forward set to forward to two separate email addresses, one gmail, one rogers.com. Emails going over to rogers come through in a few seconds (rarely taking as long as a minute), while email to gmail takes typically an hour or so. The delay on the gmail side started in the last couple of days.

I don't know wheather this issue is at the ZoneEdit end or the Gmail end.

If anyone in zone edit support is monitoring this and wants headers, I can send many examples.

(Does not appear to be an SPF thing, as far as i can tell).

This is not a critical issue to me as this is a personal email account, however it is annoying.

This is not just a slowdown (although that may be occurring also). The messages I’m talking about have still not arrived 3-4 days later.

I'm having a similar issue with a mailmap to my gmail account. I started receiving thousands of emails that were just a random bunch of text, such as:

I had to switch my mailmap to send to my yahoo account, then once the backlog finished going to my gmail account I started receiving emails to my gmail account in a normal amount of time. I'm still receiving these emails, but not at the same pace.

...and an update. As of around 11:00 am Atlantic time (10:00 am Eastern) today (21 march) things seem to be flowing over to gmail for me with just a few seconds delay. So it appears that the issue I was suffering from is resolved for me at any rate. best of luck to others who may have outstanding issues.

Email forwarding is SLOW again. I have a mailmap to a gmail account.
After not receiving an password recovery email from another site, I sent an email myself
to my forwarded domain and still haven't seen it. When I send it directly to the gmail address,
it arrives instantly. So this seems to be a ZoneEdit issue.

Please help!

Thanks,
Bob

Ack... I am seeing this too. Erratic email over the last couple of days so I didn't notice. But the first incident I see is last on the 25th or early on the 26 (I'm in Eastern North America). And again, almost exactly a 1 hour delay. This is still persisting with emails I'm seeing this morning. Relay to Gmail is being delayed 1 hour.

I hope this doesn't become a regular thing. Email forwarding is pretty much the only reason I have my own domain.

Gmail appears to be the issue at present with mail forwarding... we are concentrating on that presently.

This seems to be getting worse. I sent myself a series of test emails over 2 hours ago, and the ones presumably via mailfwd1 have still not arrived.
